He was predeceased by: his brothers, Ray and Karl Perkins. He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Troy Perkins (Jennifer), Kimberly Hastings (Rob), Dawn Cassidy (Kevin), Shannon Heflin and Terryn Perkins; and his grandchildren, Graham, Celeste Hastings, Aidan, Linley Cassidy and Ella Heflin. He is also survived by 11 siblings; and many close friends.
