She is survived by: her stepfather Melvin Harmon; her husband Dr. William Lee Irwin of Cutler; her children, Sandy Flenar Rivera of Fishers, Erica Irwin of Fishers and William "Bill" Irwin; her grandchildren, Chase Rivera and Samantha Pantoja; and her siblings, Rick (Debbie Smith) and Melody Williams of Sun City, CA..
