He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward R. Creasy and Attie L. Creasy. He is survived by: his wife Patricia (Skiles); and his children, Teena Jones (Rick) of Bringhurst, Cathy Kingery (David) of Cutler and Michael Creasy (Greg) of Houston, TX. He is also survived by three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
