He was predeceased by: his mother Tammy Porman (Somers); and his grandparents, Cecil Porman, Wayne Wood, Wiley and Mary Somers.
He is survived by: his father Philip Porman (Shelly Siade) of Culver, IN; his grandmother Sharon Wood of Culver, IN; his sister Crystal Porman (Jarvis Long); his nieces and nephews, Gage and Giana Long; his pets, Yoshi and Totoro; his close friend Adam; and his caregivers, Denise Robles, Alex Holloway and Suzanne Overmyer. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
