He is survived by: his children, Culver Academies, Jason, Joshua, Bletzinger of Batavia, Jessica, Martin of Carmel, Jocie, Coletti of Boston and Jay; his parent Culver; and his sisters, Lynn Hammersmith and Judy Ennis. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Any condolences may be made in the form of a donation to the Culver Academies, 1300 Academy Road, Culver, Ind. 46511, in the name of Frederick "Jay" Bletzinger.
