He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred A. Ringer and Goldie Ringer (Stickler); his granddaughter Elsie Ringer; and his siblings, Lenora Gann, Rollo Ringer and Lloyd Ringer.

He is survived by: his wife Robbie Ringer of Culver, Indiana; and his children, Shaunna Bennett (Todd) of Plymouth, Indiana, Rollonna Sauberlich of Culver, Indiana, Randy Ringer (Michelle) of Argos, Indiana, Jon Ringer (Shelli) of Culver, Indiana, Rod Ringer (Jessica) of Plymouth, Indiana and Jamie Ringer of Claremore. He is also survived by 11 Grandchildren, 12 Great-Grandchildren.
