He was predeceased by: his parents, Eli Brock and Vinie Brock (Howard); his son Timothy Allen Brock; and his siblings, Carl Brock of Argos and Evelyn Brock of Springboro, Ohio.
He is survived by: his spouse Virginia Lee; his children, Launa Fields (William Judd) of Hazard and Marty Brock (Sherri) of Plymouth; and his grandchildren, Ty, Kyle Brock, Janice Jo Boss and Jessica Fields.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given in Eli's memory to the Culver-Union Township EMS or to the Plymouth Church of Jesus Christ.
