He was predeceased by: his parents, Florian Heiser and Lois Heiser; and his siblings, Tom Heiser and MaryLou Elliott. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Heiser; his children, Dan Heiser (Robin), Paul Heiser (Valerie), Angie Jillson (Neil), Kim Rich (Chris), Kathy Monet and Brady Heiser; his grandchildren, Dana Albrecht, Chris Albrecht, Robbie Heiser, Mia Heiser, Davi Heiser, Kevin Jillson, Cody Jillson, Kait Rich, Keith Rich and Jeffery Monet; his great grandchild Braxtyn Monet; and his siblings, Gary Heiser (Nancy), Dave Heiser (Kathy), Janet Brooks, Judy Burandt (Jack), Sally Heiser, Nancy Davidson (Mike) and Linda Vavrina (James). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given in Bill's name to the family to support Veteran's Programs.
