He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Sarac and George Sarac. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Don Jervis, Katie Petralia (Glenn) and Nicole Black (Joseph); his grandchildren, Bradley, Danielle (Tony), Jeremy, Preston and Olivia; his great grandchildren, Payton, Carson and Layla; and his brother-in-law Richard Glumac. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to the Porter County Humane Society.
