We bid farewell to Virginia A. Hershman of Crown Point, Indiana, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on September 14, 2024 at the age of 105. Virginia touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Virginia leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Virginia may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her husband John Hershman; her parents, Charm Foreaker and Julia Foreaker; and her sisters, Marilynn Foreaker and Eunice June.
She is survived by: her children, Jay Hershman (Linda) of Reidsville, NC and Holly Teasley (Martin) of Indianapolis, IN; and her daughter-in-law Tammy Hershman of Crown Point. She is also survived by four grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given in Virginia's name to Traditions Hospice.
