He was predeceased by: his wife Denise Kennedy; and his father Bill Kennedy. He is survived by: his children, Aaron Kennedy (Abigail), Amy Carr (Stephen) and Adam Kennedy (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Eli, Remington, Samuel Kennedy, Teagan, Trevor, Tristan Carr, Jett, Finn, Crew, Jonah and Shay Kennedy; his mother Beverly Kennedy; and his brothers, Tom Kennedy (Malinda), Ted Kennedy and Tod Kennedy. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and many good friends.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 from 3:30 PM to 7:30 PM at the Geisen Funeral, Cremation & Reception Centre (606 E 113th Ave, Crown Point, IN 46307). A funeral service will be held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
