She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Zizkovsky and Louise Zizkovsky; her husband Richard P. Carl; her son Bryan Carl; and her sister Delores Lugar.
She is survived by: her children, Andrea Rigby (Greg), Rich Carl (Laura Vance) and Alan Carl (Linda Fletcher); her daughter-in-law Cindy Carl; her grandchildren, Bryan Carl, Matthew Carl and AJ Carl; her sister Barbara Knibbs; and her sister-in-law Carol Jean Witten (Tom). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given in Shirley's name to the Alzheimer's Association or your favorite charity.
