Though Sharon may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Konieczka and Helen Konieczka; her brother Joe; and her son Jeff Szatkowski. She is survived by: her brother Robert Konieczka (Emma); her children, Laura Cservenyak (Dave) and Jimmy; and her grandchildren, Katelyn, Cody, Shane and Joe Victoria.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 24th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Schroeder-Lauer Funeral Home (3227 Ridge Rd, Lansing, IL 60438). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, March 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, March 25th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Holy Cross Cemetery (801 Michigan City Rd, Calumet City, IL 60409).
