She was predeceased by: her husband John Marinos; and her sister Papandi Klidaras. She is survived by: her daughter Eleni Vazanellis (George); her grandchildren, Samuel Vazanellis, Sevia Vazanellis and John Vazanellis (Dina); her great grandchildren, Leina, Tony and George; and her siblings, Nikola Koumbaras, Irene Psaros, Popi Saroukos and Angeliki Skyllas.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the Constantine & Helen Greek Orthodox Cathedral (8000 Madison St, Merrillville, IN 46410). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
