She was predeceased by: her husband Del; and her close friend Mark Bertram. She is survived by: her daughters, Jodee Trujillo (Robert), Cindy Bertram and Laurie Thomas (late George); her grandchildren, Andrew Trujillo, Douglas Trujillo (Erin), Grace Black (Jake) and Yvette Willis (Cody); and her great grandchild Ronan Willis.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Samaritan's Purse in Ruth's honor.
