She was predeceased by: her husband Anthony "Toshi" Salczynski; her parents, Steve Dado and Mary Dado; and her siblings, Cindy Friant and Steven Dado.

She is survived by: her children, Dean Salczynski (Judy) and Dawn Moffitt (Jeff) of Schererville; her grandsons, Jacob Salczynski, Dylan Moffitt and Jared Moffitt; her close friend Tinkerbell; and her siblings, Barbara Morales (Ceasar), Helen Olton, Robert Dado (Rose), Liz Martinez (Fernie), Joannie Guerrero and Johnny Dado. She is also survived by her family, especially her cherished grandsons and children.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be given in Toni's name to Gateway Church in Cedar Lake, IN.
