She was predeceased by: her husband Donald R. Garthus; her brothers, John Strom (Binky) and David Strom (Lana); her sister-in-law Anna Mae "Bobbie" Strom; and her parents, Harold Strom and Myrtle Strom.
She is survived by: her children, Sherry Centanni (Ross), Kevin Garthus (Lorie) and Dale Garthus; her grandchildren, Emily Vahle (Michael), Christopher Barnard, Carolynn, Aimee, Julianne, Kayla and Evan Garthus; her great grandchildren, Charlotte, Cooper and Ann Camille Vahle; and her sister Merna Mason (late Richard). She is also survived by her family, especially the grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be given to Redeemer Lutheran Church.
