He is survived by: his wife Joan Stevens; his children, Beth Stevens, Kevin Stevens and Tim Stevens (Karen); his stepchildren, Diane Halt, Kathy Graf (Dave) and Mark Voykin (Frances); his grandchildren, Katelyn Stevens, Daniel Stevens, Michael Henry (Jaime), Colleen Henry, Kelly Mahoney (John), Jason Halt, Matthew Graf and Kylie Graf; his great grandchildren, Devin Henry, Sloane Henry, Julia Glover, Summer Glover, Ryan Glover, Faith Henry of Tazarh, Byrd, Emerson Mahoney and Natalie Halt; his brother John Stevens; his niece Kelly Philbin (Mike); and his nephew Jason Stevens (Laura).
