He is survived by: his daughters, Stephanie Kinkade, Cathy Milenkovic, Lisa Hopper (Rhonda) and Pamela Saffa (Bob); his grandchildren, Scott Kinkade (Laura) and Heather Maze (Matt); and his great grandchildren, Halie Kinkade, Kalie Kinkade, Molly Maze and Charlie Maze.
