He was predeceased by: his brother Jeff Colby; and his parents, Merle Colby and Lois Colby. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl; his children, Zachary Colby of Minneapolis, MN and Hannah Martin (Jake) of San Francisco, CA.; his siblings, Janice Konopasek (Jeff), Renée Frets (Dave), Dan Colby (Sally) and Jim Colby (Sharon); his sister-in-law Susan Colby; his mother-in-law Barbara Neely; and his brother-in-law Dan (Leanne).
