She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Squires and Vera Squires; her husband Alfred Fleischer; her son Steven Huffman (Georgia); and her siblings, Margaret Friend, Bill, Fred and John Squires.

She is survived by: her children, Christina Fortenbury (Frank), Terri Pearson, Mark Huffman and Greg Fleischer; her grandchildren, Merritt Armstrong (Christopher), Stephanie Huffman, Nick Huffman, Martin Fortenbury and Scott Fortenbury (Tammy); and her great grandchildren, Tristen, Kamryn, Hayley, Rena, Logan and Jeff.
