He is survived by: his wife Jamie Banashak; his daughters, Katie Banashak and Mandy Banashak; his grandchild True Borom; his mother Catherine; his brothers, William Banashak Jr. and Michael Banashak (Tabatha); his nieces and nephews, Alex Banashak, Connor Banashak, Eric Nelson (Laura), Joey Nelson (Katie), Leigh Nelson and Tommye Nelson; his great-nephews, Angel, Derrick and Jacob Nelson; and his great-niece Natalie Nelson.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given in Mark's name to the Salvation Army.
