We are sad to announce that on September 8, 2022, at the age of 93, Maria R. Cardenas of Crown Point, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesus Trevino and Rita Trevino (Trevino); her husband Carlos Cardenas; her children, Rosa Gregorczyk and Carlos Cardenas Jr.; her son-in-law Daniel McGrory; and her great grandchild Gianna Tortolano.

She is survived by: her daughter Maria McGrory; her granddaughters, Margarita Tortolano (Rob), Patricia Chavez-Columbo, Catherine Biller (Thomas) and Regina Martinez (Christopher); her sister Celia Rios; and her great grandchildren, Jaxon, Giavanna, Colin, Cooper, Olivia and Penelope. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
