He was predeceased by: his parents, John Johnson and Ellen Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Dinah; his sons, Duane Johnson (Raechelle), Jeremy Johnson (Missy) and Tim Johnson; his grandchildren, Caleb, Dylan, Brayden and Mia; and his siblings, Sharon Cass (Bill), Don Johnson, Doug Johnson (Marilyn), Bob Johnson (Joanne), Janet Baz (Gary) and Mike Johnson (Anna). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
