Karen L. Castelnuovo Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Karen L. Castelnuovo of Crown Point, Indiana, who passed away on February 19, 2025 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Karen may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her father Earl Goodin Sr. Dear; and her siblings, Earl Goodin Jr., Debbie Labanauskas and Sherrie Fuscaldo. She is survived by: her husband James J. Castelnuovo; and her mother Theresa Dear. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Smits Funeral Home (2121 Pleasant Springs Ln, Dyer, IN 46311).
