She was predeceased by: her father James Bain; her husband Gerald Urycki; her son Michael Urycki; and her sisters, Loretta Simons and Carol Lopez.

She is survived by: her daughter Lori Waliczek (James); her grandchildren, Allison Ryba (Ryan), Mitchel Waliczek, Mark Urycki and Sarah Urycki; and her daughter-in-law Darci Urycki.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be given in June's name to the Alzheimer's Association or the American Heart Association.
