She was predeceased by: her parents, John Monahan and Rose Monahan; and her sister Aleda Kegebein. She is survived by: her husband Larry Modrak; her daughters, Tammy Bardeson, Lisa Brakebill (Scott) and Michelle Turpin; her grandchildren, Jake, Blake, Gabrielle, Jackson, Kaylee, Grace, Bo and Reese; her great grandchildren, Mia, Maverick, Ty, Cianna and James; and her siblings, John Monahan (late Terry) and Rosie Cardwell (late Dave). She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given in Judith's name to the Crown Point American Legion Post #20.
