With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jose Sagsagat (Crown Point, Indiana), who passed away on December 17, 2018 at the age of 68. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jose Sagsagat to pay them a last tribute.

He is survived by: his parents, Alejandro Sagsagat and Leonila Sagsagat; his wife Hilda; and his children, Lady Jewellyn Canlas (Jimmy), Lovellyn Aganon (Darnel) and Christopher Sagsagat (Lizette).

The family would appreciate donations be sent to the Gathering Hospice House, 147 N. Center Street, Plainfield, IN 46168 A viewing will be held on Monday, December 24, 2018 from 9:00 – 10:30 a.m. at Memory Lane Funeral Home, 6305 W. Lincoln Highway (US 30), Crown Point, Indiana.
