He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Nancy and John E. Loughney. He is survived by: his parents, Lisa Mullins (Ken) and John E. Loughney, Jr. (Laurie); his brothers, Zachary Mullins (Rebecca Butler), Benjamin Mullins and Christopher Minek (Crystal); and his grandparents, Roger and Diane Wayne. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
