He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Libak and George Libak; and his grandfather Ladislav Marzinas. He is survived by: his children, Neal Libak (Sue) of Waco, TX and Kara Castro (David); his grandchildren, Ashlyn of Chandler, TX and Kaitlyn Castro of Chandler, TX; his siblings, Ann Libak of Crown Point, IN and George Libak (Paulette) of Melbourne, FL; his nephew Justin Libak (Amanda); his nieces, Madison of Viera, FL and Regan Libak of Viera, FL; and his close friend Dennis McGee. He is also survived by several cousins and friends.
