He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert C. Moos and Anna Mae Moos; and his brother Robert J. Moos. He is survived by: his brothers, Joseph Moos (Florence) and Thomas Moos (Angela); his nieces and nephews, Emily Moos, Jeanine Thurman, Alexandra Elich, Sophia Elich, Rick Koebcke and Jack Elich; his great-niece Morgan; and his close friends, Nikki, Jethro and Newt.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the VNA Hospice in Valparaiso.
