He is survived by: his wife Lillian Bolkovatz; his children, Joellyn Swenson (Drew) of Chester, VA., Jill Grusak (Eric) of Highland, IN and Matthew J. Bolkovatz (Chastidee) of Lyons, CO; his grandchildren, Avery, Payton, Evan, Henry, Joely, Anika and Liliana; and his sister Jean Ziese. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
