It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joel Dee Edgington of Crown Point, Indiana, who passed away on August 1, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Roberta Edgington; his parents, Roscoe Edgington and Minnie Edgington; and his brother Charles. He is survived by: his children, Joel Jr., Bob, Mike, John (Shelly) and Deanna (Mike); his brother William Leon Edgington (Bobbie); his siblings-in-law, Bill Adler, Harvey Roller, Herb (Jackie), Don, Frank Rettig and Gloria Pace; and his close friend Jean Kanost of Hobart, IN.. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; and 9 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given in Joel's name to V.F.W. Post in Hobart, IN.
