She was predeceased by: her husband Verne Rosenthal; and her siblings, Jerry Hein and Nancy Hein Lukach. She is survived by: her children, Kevin Rosenthal (Amanda) and Donna Cochran (Jason); her grandchildren, Quinn, Landin, Parker and Allie; and her siblings, Raymond, Barbara, Donnie, Kathy, Pam, Steve and John. She is also survived by numerous in-laws, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given in Joanne's name to American Cancer Society.
