He was predeceased by: his wife Sharon Botkin; his daughter Brianna White; and his parents, William Botkin and Idris Botkin. He is survived by: his children, Bret Botkin (Lori), Tanya Rowe (Brad), Erika Sutkin and Bart Botkin (Robert Binford); his grandchildren, Coral, Garrett, Brielle, Luke, Craig and Natasha; and his sisters, Nancy Hernly and Mary Ann Lenkensdofer. He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
