With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jerry Froida Jr. (Crown Point, Indiana), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 23, 2024 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Mary; his daughters, Gail (Jodi), Connie, Erin (Russell) and Mary Jean (Tom); his grandchildren, Belinda (Andy), Tommy and Eric (Rebecca); his great grandchild Sebastian; his stepgreat-grandsons, Jacob and Connor; and his pet Jerry. He was also cherished by great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Memory Lane Funeral Home (6305 W Lincoln Hwy Hwy, Crown Point, IN 46307). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Memory Lane Memorial Park and Funeral Home (6305 W Lincoln Hwy Hwy, Crown Point, IN 46307). A burial was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Memory Lane Memorial Park (6305 W Lincoln Hwy Hwy, Crown Point, IN 46307).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to either the VFW or the American Legion, organizations to which Jerry devoted much of his time and love.
