He is survived by: his wife Tara Funderberg Worthington; his son Edward J Milton Worthington (Edward Worthington); his parents, Gerald Worthington and Gloria Worthington; his sisters, Tara Sasser (Adam) and Michelle Hamstra (John); and his sister-in-law Mandy Kinsman (Matt).
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the CrossPoint Church (214 S Court St, Crown Point, IN 46307).
