She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth L. Bultema; her brother Ken Potts (Sherry); her siblings-in-law, Louella Jellema (late Bill) and Ralph Bultema (Marge); and her parents, Albert Potts and Claribel Potts.
She is survived by: her sons, Mike Bultema (Caroline), Don Bultema (Barb), Tom Bultema (Jodi) and Rich Bultema (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Joe, Tim (Kaitlyn), Grace, Lindsey, Danny and Rachel Bultema; her great grandchild Kinsley Ann Bultema; and her brother Wes Potts (Faye).
