She was predeceased by: her husband John Van Woerden Sr.; and her parents, Silvester Hall and Mildred Hall. She is survived by: her children, John C Van Woerden Jr., Kevin Van Woerden (Lori), Denise Fronek, Cathy Harwood (Brian) and Eric Van Woerden; her grandchildren, Cody Van Woerden (Rachel), Christina McMahan (Brian), Rachael Hornback (Josh), Sarah Fronek, Caitlynn Harwood, Jacob Fronek and Brianna Harwood; her great grandchildren, Chloe, Blakely Van Woerden, Bentley, Cora, Bryson McMahan, Logan, Dylan and Keaton Hornback; her siblings, Myra Gotch, Sylvester Hall (Joan), Jerry, Ronald and Donald Hall; and her daughter-in-law Joyce Van Woerden.
