Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved James Martin Bellamy of Crown Point, Indiana, who passed away at the age of 80, on October 10, 2021. He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Eugene Bellamy and Sarah Christian. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Ann Bellamy; his daughters, Elizabeth Ann Bellamy, Katherine Lynn Bellamy and Cheryl Rae Miller (Ronald); his grandchildren, Ashley Pappas (Manolie), Nicholas Kabella, Jessica Miller and Jonathan Kabella (Alissa); and his great grandchildren, Tatum Govert, Gianna Pappas, Tucker Kabella, Jackson Kabella and Theodore Pappas.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be given in James' name to the Humane Society.

“My memories about Jim go back 50+ yrs. I can remember coming over to talk with him, or ask him questions about cars cause he would always be out back working on somebody's car. He was an encyclopedia of info he was willing to share with me. He was rough as a cob & never changed in the yrs I've known him. He was person who was straight up & respected him for the person he was. I would always try to go across the street to visit with him when we'd come back home visiting & I'd see him sitting out. I am sooo sorry to hear of his passing & my condolences go out to Mrs. "B" & family. Men like him are far & few. Thank you Mrs. "B" for allowing me to visit with him / you over the last few yrs as I know his health was failing but those are memories I will remember. Marty ( the young punk high school kid who learned a lot from him ).”
