He is survived by: his son David DeStefano; his grandchildren, Caleb DeStefano and Rebecca Klosowski (Kris); his great grandchildren, Jack Wolff and Zofia Klosowski; his daughter-in-law Benita DeStefano; and his sister Edith Amato.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given in James's name to Wittenberg Village, Crown Point.
