He is survived by: his parents, James Hajduk, and Charity Hajduk, Sr.; his great-grandparent Trini Porras; his aunts and uncles, Ailisha Scartozzi (Quincy Coleman), Cassie Banks (Kyle), Ricki Cuevas, Frankie Scartozzi, Mark Hajduk, Jr. (Tammy), Phillip Hajduk (Tina) and Bonnie Hajduk (Noel Marakanich); his sister Paige Hajduk; his grandparents, Tammy Thompson and Rick Cuevas; his stepgrandfather Frank Scartozzi; his grandparents, Mark and Debbie Hajduk, Sr.; and his great-grandparent Patricia Thompson. He is also survived by his many great aunts, great uncles, cousins, and close friends.
