She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Springer and Vivian Springer; and her siblings, Joey and Jill Springer. She is survived by: her husband James Stahl; her children, James Stahl (Stefanie), Jason Stahl, Joshua Stahl (Chasity) and Jorie O'Keefe (Shawn); her grandchildren, Jack, Danny Stahl, Mackenzie Stahl, Madison and Aidan O'Keefe; and her brother James Springer (Mindy). She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, cousins, and many dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given in Jackie's name to Alzheimers Association of Northwest Indiana.
