She was predeceased by: her husband James D. Malouhos; her parents, Dionysios Fokas and Sofia Fokas; her siblings, Gerasimos Fokas and Kalli Limberatos; and her nephew Jimmy Focas.

She is survived by: her sons, Dennis Malouhos, Peter Malouhos and Nick Malouhos (Roslyn); her grandchildren, Daniel (Emily), Nicole VanderLaan (Jason), Dimitri, Kalli and Gina; her great grandchildren, Niko Malouhos and JJ VanderLaan; her daughter-in-law Susan Malouhos; her cousins, Dimitra, Rhudy, Danny Focas and Sophie Nichols; and her brothers, Spiro Focas (Bobby) and Panayiotis Fokas. She is also survived by numerous cousins, other family, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be given in Eva's name to Sts. Constantine and Helen Greek Orthodox Cathedral.
