She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Proctor; her parents, Guiseppi Menini and Elena Menini; and her brothers, Alex, Bruno and Noel Menini.
She is survived by: her children, Caroll Cordeau, James Scott (Kathy) and Gregory Scott (Joan); and her grandchildren, Robert Cordeau (Jennifer), Matthew Scott, Benjamin Scott, James Scott, Jason Scott (Christie Drechsel), Carrie Patrick (Ryan), Ashley Hiatt (Daniel), Kristen Reynhout (Tyler) and Stephanie Melendy (Jacob). She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren; and her nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given in Irene's name to Meals on Wheels or Traditions Hospice.
