He is survived by: his wife Wendy Bohl; his children, Brian Burton (Christie) and Cheryl Moore (Scott); his grandsons, Scott Moore (Michelle) and Christopher Moore; his great grandchildren, Adaline and Azrael; and his sister Pat Havlin (Gary). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
