With solemn reverence, we commemorate Gust Georgelas of Crown Point, Indiana, born in Chicago, Illinois, whose life came to an end on February 12, 2025 at the age of 88, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Kathleen; and his siblings, Kay Eddleman and Andrew Georgelas. He is survived by: his siblings-in-law, Irene Georgelas, Marjorie Hicks, Betty Hicks and Jim Hicks. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, Godchildren, cousins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM and from 9:30 PM to 10:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 5:30 PM at the Knights of Columbus Who Will Hold. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Thomas More Church (8501 Calumet Ave, Munster, IN 46321).
