He was predeceased by: his daughter Amy Weber; and his parents, Otto Weber and Dorothy Weber. He is survived by: his children, Rick Weber (Lauren), Alicia Fisher (Jamie) and Tim Weber; and his grandchildren, Logan, Alex, Max, Finn and Brooks Weber. He is also survived by relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Fred's name to Leukemia and Lymphoma Society to honor his late daughter Amy.
