It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank Tomczak of Crown Point, Indiana, who passed away on September 21, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Frank Tomczak to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Tomczak and Helen Tomczak; and his siblings, Leon, Jackie and MaryAnn.

He is survived by: his wife Carol Tomczak; his children, Sheree Womack (Jay), Kerry Sarbieski (Jeff) and Tracy Alvord (late Brian); his grandchildren, Abbey Graziano (Mark), Benjamin Sarbieski, Caroline Sarbieski and Veronica Alvord; and his great grandchildren, Haylee and Noah.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be given in Frank's name to American Heart Association or St. Jude's Children Hospital.
