We are sad to announce that on April 20, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Floyd Allen Garletts Jr. of Crown Point, Indiana, born in Gary, Indiana. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Garletts and Nancy Garletts; and his stepmother V. Joyce Garletts. He is survived by: his wife Carol Garletts; his children, Floyd Allen Garletts III (Jaclyn) and Alicia Dawn Criswell (Marshall); his grandchildren, Devin, Ava and Aiden; and his siblings, Donald Garletts (Jeannie), Rebecca DeMass (Harold), Regina Leuca and Kim Shawn (Greg). He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, April 27th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Geisen Funeral, Cremation & Reception Centre (606 E 113th Ave, Crown Point, IN 46307). A funeral service will be held on Monday, April 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given in Floyd's name to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research and/or the Alzheimer's Association.
